Style Street Beauty Salon: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Style Street Beauty Salon! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms comply with local regulations in the State of Kuwait and ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Advance Booking: Clients may book appointments in person, via phone, WhatsApp, or online. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
  • Confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time slot.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge.
  • No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
  • Emergency Cases: Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the management's discretion.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, K-Net, and credit cards are accepted. Payment is due immediately after service completion.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of the final cost before their service begins.
  • Deposits: Some services may require a deposit when booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable for rescheduled appointments.

4. Health & Safety

  • Client Responsibility: Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service begins.
  • Hygiene: We maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with Kuwaiti health regulations.
  • Feeling Unwell: Clients who feel unwell are encouraged to reschedule their appointments to ensure the safety of others.

5. Refunds & Service Complaints

  • No Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, clients unsatisfied with their service should contact us within 48 hours to arrange adjustments or corrections.
  • Product Returns: Products purchased from the salon can only be returned if unopened, unused, and within 7 days of purchase, per Kuwait’s consumer protection laws.

6. Promotions & Loyalty Programs

  • Promotions: Discounts, offers, and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Loyalty Program: Loyalty points and rewards are subject to expiration dates and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift Cards: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Packages: Prepaid packages are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period.

8. Minors

  • Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Certain services may require parental consent.

9. Personal Belongings

  • Responsibility: Style Street Beauty Salon is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: All client information, including contact details and service preferences, will be kept confidential and used only for salon purposes.
  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not share client data with third parties unless required by Kuwaiti law.

11. Rights to Refuse Service

  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
    • Violates salon policies.
    • Displays inappropriate behavior.
    • Fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.

12. Legal Compliance

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kuwaiti jurisdiction.
